At Google Fashion, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place your unworn items with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a similar secure mailer.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and secure it firmly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been processed.
